At NM Botanic , we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll be glad to help you with a return or exchange.
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there’s an issue. We won’t be able to process any complaints made after this time.
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact our customer service by email or phone. Make sure to include:

- Return shipping charges will be applicable if you return parcel.
Please do not throw away or use the damaged product, as it might need to be returned for a refund or replacement.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we’ll send you a replacement product as per your original order.
