Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can shop without an account. But creating one will save your details for faster checkout next time.

How do I create an account?

  1. Click the User icon.

  2. Select Create an Account.

  3. Fill in your details.

  4. Click Create an Account to finish.

What if I forget my password?
Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email. You’ll get a password reset link.
If you don’t receive it within an hour, check your spam folder or contact us for help.

How can I update my address?
Log in, go to My Account, and update your billing or shipping address.
If your order is already confirmed, contact customer service right away to change the delivery address (if possible).

How can I view my orders?
Log in to My Account and open Order History.
You’ll also get a confirmation email or SMS after placing an order.


ORDER ISSUES

I didn’t get a confirmation email/SMS. What should I do?
Check that your email and phone number are correct.
Also, check your spam folder.
If you still haven’t received anything after 4 hours, contact us and share your full name and order details.

Why was my order unsuccessful?
It could be due to incorrect billing details or a payment issue. Please check your information and try again, or contact customer service.

Why can’t I check out some items?
The product may be out of stock or limited per customer. Try removing it or checking again later.

How do I place an order?

  1. Sign in or create an account.

  2. Add your products to the cart.

  3. Click Proceed to Checkout.

  4. Enter your billing/shipping details.

  5. Choose your payment method.

  6. Review and confirm your order.
    You’ll receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order number.

How do I know my order was received?
You’ll get a confirmation email/SMS with your order ID, items, and delivery time once your order is placed and verified.

How can I check my order status?
Log in to your account and go to Order History.

What if the product is out of stock?
If the item becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or other options.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. Once shipped, it can’t be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately with your order number and new address.
If it’s already shipped, you may also contact the courier to request an update.

Can I change the items in my order?
Contact us right away. Changes aren’t possible once your order has been sent to the warehouse.


PROBLEMS WITH ITEMS RECEIVED

I received damaged products — what should I do?
Please report it within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Send your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and your packing slip using the Contact Us section.
Keep the damaged items until we advise you — you might need to return them for a refund
